Do you have a child who is particularly sensitive to certain fabrics? Or perhaps you’ve found the perfect "value" pack of polo shirts that fit just right? Our Decoration Service allows you to bring or send your own garments to us for professional branding. We ensure your child stays comfortable in the clothes they love while meeting all school uniform requirements.
 
How to Choose Your Decoration Method:
To ensure we protect your clothing and provide the highest quality finish, we use two different methods based on the weight of the fabric:
Embroidery (Standard for Heavyweight Items): Best for sweatshirts, hoodies, and premium polo shirts.
Requirement: Fabric weight must be 180gsm or above.
Why? This ensures the garment is strong enough to support the density of the embroidered crest without tearing or "puckering."
Printed Solution (Standard for Lightweight/Sports Items): Best for PE kits, polyester "tech" fabrics, and lightweight "value" range cotton items.
Requirement: Used for all items under 180gsm.
Why? Our high-durability print flexes with thinner materials, ensuring the logo looks sharp and doesn't weigh the fabric down.
 
How to Order:
Select Quantity: Add the total number of items you need decorated to your basket.
Tell us the School: Enter your school name in the "Order Notes" at checkout.
Drop-off or Post: Bring your items to our store or post them to us at 31 Urquhart Road Dingwall, IV15 9PE. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.
Professional Assessment: Our team will inspect your items upon arrival. If an item is borderline or better suited to printing rather than embroidery (or vice-versa), we will always contact you to discuss the best result before we begin.
 
Note: Please ensure all items provided are new or freshly laundered. We cannot apply decoration to soiled or damp garments.
