For Heavyweight Items (180gsm and above):

We use our premium Embroidery Service. This is perfect for standard school sweatshirts, hoodies, cardigans, and high-quality polo shirts, providing a crisp, durable, and professional finish that lasts.

For Lightweight or Sports Items (Under 180gsm):

We use a High-Durability Printed Solution. This method is ideal for PE kits, polyester-based sports gear, and thinner "value" cotton items. Because these fabrics are lighter, our professional printing flexes with the material, preventing any pulling or puckering while ensuring the school crest stays sharp and vibrant.

For lighter fabrics or "value" items, we utilize a high-quality printed solution. This prevents the needles from damaging thinner materials and ensures the logo doesn't "pucker" or pull.
Q: Why do you use printing for sportswear and polyester?
Polyester and performance fabrics are designed to be light and stretchy. Traditional embroidery can sometimes be too "heavy" for these materials, causing them to sag. Our printed solution is flexible, durable, and sits perfectly on sports gear and lightweight summer uniforms.
Q: Is the printed solution as durable as embroidery?

Q: What is the typical turnaround time?
We typically work on a "Supply to Order" basis although we do carry a small number of core items in Stock. We usually aim for 7-10 working days turn around from order confirmation.
For our "Embroidery Only" service, the timeline depends on our current production schedule, but we always strive to get your items back to you as quickly as possible—especially during the busy summer months!
Q: Can you embroider items other than tops?
Absolutely! We can often add logos or names to book bags, gym bags, and even some types of outerwear. If you’re unsure if an item is suitable, feel free to pop into the shop or send us a photo.
Q: What if my child has a specific sensory need?

Q: I cant See my School, Can i still use the KSTM service?
We are slowly building our range of Digitised School Logo's. Please contact us if you would like your school added to the growing list and we willm look to get it digitised for you.
