This service allows you to supply your own garments—whether they are insulated jackets, softshell technical wear, performance polos, or thick cotton work shirts—and have them branded with our precision industrial embroidery.

The Technical Standard: Quality Control and Fabric Assessment
To guarantee that the embroidery doesn't damage your garments or "pucker" the fabric over time, we strictly match the branding method to the fabric weight. When your items arrive at our facility, our quality control team will assess the fabric weight:
 
Heavyweight/Industrial Items (180gsm and above): We utilize premium, high-density industrial Embroidery. This is standard for thick jackets, softshells, work hoodies, and heavyweight cotton polos.
Lightweight/Technical Gear (Under 180gsm): For lighter materials, technical performance fabrics (like cool-dry mesh), and standard cotton-blend shirts, we will recommend our High-Durability Printed Solution. This flexible print option adheres perfectly to thinner or stretchy fabrics without compromising the garment's integrity or weighing it down.
 
Operational Flow: How to Order
Place Order: Select the total number of decoration applications you require.
Submit Logo: If we do not already have your corporate logo digitized, please submit it as a high-resolution file (EPS, PDF, vector preferred) to sales@kstm.co.uk.
Arrange Delivery: Ship your new, unused garments to our processing facility: [Insert Corporate Address]. Please ensure your order reference number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
Digitisation & Proofing: (If required) We will provide a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Assessment & Production: Upon arrival, we will inspect the items, confirm the fabric weights are suitable, and proceed with production.
 
Important Note: To ensure a clean finish, we can only decorate new, unused garments. We cannot apply branding to soiled or well-worn workwear. For bulky or technical gear, please ensure items are shipped standard, non-compressed.
